Ethics and Compliance: Doing Business the Right Way at AAI

For more than 50 years we have maintained the trust and confidence of our customers by faithfully demonstrating our commitment to ethical business conduct. Our success is directly attributable to innovations and efforts of our workforce, combined with honest and straightforward business dealings.
Today, our customers, federal and state regulators, and shareholders are requiring more disclosure, more exacting definitions of business activities, and less tolerance for sloppiness and lack of oversight of critical functions.
Standards are not new to us. We’re accustomed to doing what we say we’ll do and proving it. Just as we’ve embraced demanding defense requirements and such process standards as ISO 9001 and SEI Level 4, we’ve adopted the new standards for business conduct.
Every employee at AAI has dedicated time and attention to the UIC Business Conduct and Ethics Training Program. We are committed to an organizational culture that encourages honest and truthful actions and the highest ethical conduct, as well as compliance with contract requirements and all applicable federal and state laws.
